When you email firstname.lastname@example.org for CompTracker support, you should instantly see a Ticket Received email sent back to you, to let you know we'll get to it as soon as we can.
It's possible we have a Deleted account for you in our support system. This could block emails to and from you. We can just restore it so please call us to check into it.
Other than calling, you could try sending from a different email address, check your junk/spam folders, or contact your provider for support.
